Completed applications will be reviewed by the Bayview Estates HOA Board. Please allow 14 business days of submission. You will be contacted regarding approvals and if any additional items are needed.

Do I need a Permit for My Project?

Homeowners should comply will all local laws regarding permits. It is the Homeowner’s responsibility to obtain and pay for any government issued permits that may be required for the proposed alteration and to have any underground utilities identified to prevent damages from occurring
