2026 Annual Homeowner Assessment

The BVE homeowner assessment for 2026 is $277.06. This annual fee is due on 1 January 2026 with a 45 day grace period to 15 February at 5 pm. A 5% late fee on any unpaid balance will be added on 1 March.


Homeowners can pay their bill online at our website, use Zelle by searching for "Bayviewestateshdg@gmail.com", or mail a check to PO Box 119 Havre de Grace MD 21078.
