Legal Action from Homeowner 1/5/2026

This filing was dismissed by the court. Unfortunately, this continued form of legal action by this homeowner, it is incurring significant legal costs to the community. This complaint is attempting to allege malpractice against the community's legal counsel. These allegation was in reference to the attorney representing a board member in a legal action brought by this homeowner. This homeowner sued our previous legal counsel.
